We returned to the red carpet for the latest installment of the Fantastic Beasts franchise, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. Newt Scamander is back to tame some new beasts and take on old foes with the help of some familiar faces and characters. Set in Paris we were transported to a cosy Parisian night in the form of a street fair, where we could take photo’s and interact with cosplayers who pulled off some amazing feats of magic including an old favourite, levitation. Good thing we practiced our, ‘It’s Wing-GAR-dium Levi-O-sa, make the “gar” nice and long.’ (J.K. Rowling) Coming face to face with some tempestuous suitcases, that with the help of Tina we could somewhat tame. All the meanwhile we were serenaded by an accordion player, thrilling all with the always beautiful Harry Potter theme. Then came the film. As I’ve said before, maybe do some facial stretches beforehand because you’ll be grinning one minute and sitting there shocked, jaw dropped, the next. So be sure to visit the links below to read our review of Fantastic Beasts 2 and watch one of our favourite videos from two years ago, where we interviewed stars on the red carpet of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Also make sure you check out our in the lead up to Crimes of Grindelwald where we also make reference to one of our questions answered by Eddie Redmayne and Katherine Waterston.
