Big Bang, beam me up

According to reports The Big Bang Theory leads, Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco have reached new contract deals.

Three year deals, allegedly securing $1 million per half hour episode. It is reported that Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg have yet to sign new deals with Warner Bros. TV. Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch have already signed on for season eight.

Great news for fans who were following the news that caused a brief production delay. The show has been renewed for another three seasons. As many speculated earlier, the negotiations were set to enter the ‘Friends’ zone of earnings per episode.

The show is still quite successful with positive ratings overall and award nominations still rolling in for the show and it’s lead, Jim Parsons. The stars did not make an appearance at Comic-Con International last month, but the writers attended and treated fans to a season seven behind the scenes reel.

The series is set to return in September.
